Experience: Over 15 years of practical experience in the plumbing, fire protection and HVAC industry specializing in high rise residential and commercial buildings.

Introduction: Entrepreneur with an emphasis on creating company culture instead of bureaucracy and investing in people and systems.

Title: Accounts Manager

Focus: Accounting

Experience: One year as junior accountant for Aspire Drafting and one year as an assistant project manager for a construction company.  

Introduction: I aspire to learn one new thing every day, and to develop the skills I already possess. I am striving to become the most knowledgeable in my field of expertise and to be able to share that expertise with the world. Turning steps into action every day to become the best version of myself, professionally and personally.

Title: MEP Draftsmen

Experience: 3-years of practical experience in 3D BIM Modeling. Currently applying my skills in HVAC, fire Fighting, plumbing, electrical and communication systems, creating accurate plot sheets for sound construction practices. 

Introduction: I’m an engineer and certified Autodesk Revit BIM 360 MEP designer. I have good communication skills, love working within a team and improving my technical skills.

Fun Facts: I like to watch movies, gardening, playing guitar and love to spend time with family and friends.

Title: MEP Draftsmen

Experience: 6 years of experience in BIM and MEP Trades. Offering real time solutions, while resolving MEP conflicts and clashes.

Introduction: Mechanical Engineer with the eagerness to learn the most i can about the construction industry. I aspire to become a Professional Engineer.

Fun Facts: What I love the most is the feeling of satisfaction through my travels.

               My friends see me as "Jack of all trades, master of none". 

Title: 3D MEP Draftsmen

Experience: 5 years of experience in generating Revit MEP BIM Models, provide proposals and/or suggestions for clash resolution and established shop drawings.

Introduction: I am a dedicated and results-driven Mechanical Engineer with a strong passion for continuous improvement and keen eye for detail.

Fun Facts: I find it challenging letting go of possessions that hold sentimental value.

I Aspire to Be: I aspire for continuous growth, innovation, collaboration and delivering exceptional results to make a positive impact in the field of drafting and contribute to the success of projects that shape our built environment.

Title: MEP Draftsmen

Experience: 3 years of designing and creating  MEP shop drawings, providing solutions and executing architectural projects of varying scopes. Currently designing HVAC, Sprinklers and Plumbing systems for use in 3d BIM coordination and shops drawings.

Introduction: Architect with a passion for learning and exploring new skills.

Fun Facts: I Like to play online games, and spend time with family.

Title: Mechanical Engineer

Experience: 9 years of experience in the design of electrical and plumbing systems.

Introduction: I have always had a goal of being an engineer. I aspire to learn new aspects about engineering everyday. I do not just want to learn about mechanical engineering but I am fascinated by all disciplines of engineering. My goal is to learn a little of everything as I continue my career in engineering

Achievements: Some of my most impressive achievements is to have gained my dream career as an engineer after graduating college and to have been part of starting Aspiredrafting.inc. 

Fun Facts:  One fun fact is I enjoy traveling the world. I have backpacked across several European countries in the last 7 years. I plan to travel to Asian in the near future. 

Focus: Architecture

Experience: 9 years of practical experience in BIM modeling and coordinating workings with multiple trades to resolve conflicts and clashes in real time. Strong emphasis in the application of plumbing systems.

Introduction: I am a dynamic and ambitious professional architect having post-graduation in project management. I possess the design and development flair needed to plan, coordinate and involved in all phases of an architectural project as well as on a construction site. Moreover, I have good communication skills and client liaison ability as well as a strong technical understanding of Building Regulations.

Focus: Architecture 

Experience: Two years of designing  and applying HVAC ,mechanical piping and sprinkler systems used for coordination and shop drawing purposes.

Introduction: Architect with a passion for sustainability, green building design and renewable energy.
