The procurement process for me, has always been the most challenging. There are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes.
You see, whether we are working on a 10-story building or 40-story building, the initial effort and load from contract signing to mobilization is always consistent and navigating through the logistics of this process in this market requires a tremendous amount of effort.
It is our responsibility to adapt, overcome, and accommodate for our clients.
Although it may be challenging from time to time, that does not stop us from delivering.
